educated athlete knows, cardio training is the base to building a WINNER. Running is great. I want to recommend giving cycling a try.
You can cross train by using it to commute to your gym. If your a motor cycle athlete, spend some time on the trail pedaling. Trust
me the cardio combined with a smart strength program designed specifically for your sport and I promise you will see great improvement.
